Applicants agree that the information provided to us on registration and at all other times will be true, correct, accurate, current, and complete. Due to the nature of the services provided through the Website, and the concern for abuse, GCSM reserves the right to suspend, revoke, terminate, or cancel the membership and account of any buyer or seller who, in our sole discretion, abuses or attempts to abuse our services or who poses a financial risk to GCSM. Any fraudulent conduct or abuse shall be reported to the appropriate legal authorities without delay or hesitation.2. SELLING GIFT CARDS TO GIFT CARDS SUPER MALL:Anyone who sells a Gift Card on or through our Website agrees to transfer complete ownership and rights of ownership to the Gift Card to GCSM for payment in the amount agreed upon by GCSM. Subsequent to a gift card sale to GCSM, the seller shall not permit, authorize, encourage, or allow anyone else to redeem, claim, attach or transfer any portion of the Gift Card, or any interest therein. In connection with any sale of Gift Cards to GCSM, the seller guarantees, represents, and warrants the validity of the Gift Card, its redeemability for the stated amount, and full transferability to GCSM. The seller further agrees to comply with all other requirements to complete the sale transaction. The delivery of the Gift Card and GCSM’s initial inspection do not complete a sale transaction. GCSM reserves the right to reject any Gift Card that may be fraudulent, stolen, or from an unauthorized source. GCSM accepts no responsibility for any Gift Cards until received in our facility, and the Gift Card balance and other details are verified. If GCSM rejects a Gift Card for any reason, it may be returned to the seller, and if a claim is made or the value is found to be depleted, GCSM reserves the right to charge a replacement fee. Seller agrees and authorizes GCSM to charge any such fees.
3. BUYING GIFT CARDS FROM GIFT CARD SUPER MALL:
Gift Cards will generally ship out to the purchaser within 2‐3 business days from the time the order was placed. GCSM responsibility for any card purchased terminates as soon as the Gift Card is placed in the possession and control of the shipping carrier. All purchases are final, with the exception that a claim for a refund may be processed if the funds available on the Gift Card received are less than the purchased amount, or if the purchased Gift Card is invalid or not the correct merchant, retailer, or brand. A claim for a refund must be submitted within 60 days of the Gift Card purchase.4. ERRORS ON THE WEBSITE; BILLING AND SHIPPING ERRORS:GCSM cannot guarantee that the Website is entirely current and that the products and descriptions provided on the Website are accurate and in stock. GCSM reserves the right to cancel an order for items that are out of stock or omitted by our shipping department.5.
